The absorbed entities span prosthetics (aktivortho, Hoffmann orthopédique), rehabilitation (Ortho-Reha Wallner, est. 1965, ~20 employees, 4 locations), 3D-printed orthotics (Orthovoxel, co-founded by Daniel Robert and Adam Berthoud), and rehabilitation robotics (Reha-Robotics). Worth monitoring for a potential carve-out of the distribution vs. manufacturing business.

Acquired by Cologne-based TIMETOACT GROUP (EUR 360M revenue, 1,600+ staff) in 2021. The 2025 board change merges IAM peer identic group into IPG, with co-founder Marco Rohrer and CEO Claudio Fuchs exiting and four TIMETOACT-aligned directors entering. Consolidation play: TIMETOACT rolling up Swiss IAM assets under one brand.

Business event agency founded 2003 in Pully (VD), specializing in congresses, seminars, incentive programs, product launches, and trade shows. Estimated 20-49 employees, CHF 7-17M revenue. Full founder exit: Schüpbach and Besson depart, Pascal Samuel Schneiter takes sole board control. The single-director structure and founder departure pattern is consistent with an MBO or a quiet acquisition. Clean founder-to-new-owner transition in a fragmented Swiss events market.
